At Novartis Medical Nutrition, we aspire to attract people not only to meet the immediate need of our business today but also who have the potential to develop their level of skills and competencies in the future.

Associates should have the right to develop themselves and their careers in line with their performance and development potential.  Every associate should have a personal development plan and have the opportunity to discuss their career aspirations with their manager at least once a year.
